Amalie Holt Kleive is a Norwegian artist, songwriter and producer whose music thrives in contrast — blending electronic beats, jazz-inspired harmonies and poetic folk-pop sensibilities. With roots as a jazz vocalist from the Grieg Academy in Bergen, she pairs introspective, evocative lyricism with modern, danceable rhythms that are at once vulnerable, powerful and boundary-defying. Her debut album De løper der jeg går (2022) was critically acclaimed for its seamless fusion of melancholic Norwegian storytelling and dynamic electronic soundscapes. On February 27 she released her second album Vi er de evige, a bold musical journey that expands her expressive spectrum — inviting listeners into a world where intimacy meets grandeur, and reflection meets movement. “In my music, I strive to build bridges between the intimate and the epic — between vulnerability and strength.” Amalie’s genre-fluid style and deeply personal writing have made her one of Norway’s most compelling new voices on the alternative music scene.
