Does your child want to create, move and find peace in a fun and safe environment? 💛
Children are introduced to simple basic yoga poses that strengthen the body and mind. We focus on balance, strength, play and safety. Each day has its own theme.
Children get the opportunity to express themselves creatively in accordance with the theme of the day.
Each day ends with a short relaxation journey from the theme of the day that helps children calm their minds, feel safe and enjoy the moment.
Why this is good for your child:
Strengthens the body, coordination and balance.
Nourishes creativity and imagination.
Builds self-confidence, a positive mindset and gratitude.
Increases body awareness and inner peace
