Rock ’n’ Lols – Save the Sanctuary

Gaia Island of Dogs is more than a rescue — it’s a safe haven for dogs in Bali who have nowhere else to go. Many of the dogs we care for have been abandoned, abused, injured, or simply forgotten. At the sanctuary they finally receive food, medical care, safety, and the chance to live without fear.

Right now the future of the sanctuary is at risk.

Our lease on the land is coming to an end, and to secure the sanctuary’s future we must renew the land lease for another five years. In Bali this requires paying the full five-year lease upfront, which is a huge financial challenge for a rescue that survives purely on donations and community support.

Without securing the land, hundreds of dogs could lose the safe place they call home.

That’s why we’re hosting Rock ’n’ Lols — a night of music, comedy, and community to help raise the funds needed to protect the sanctuary and keep the gates open.

The night will feature live music from Jason Singh, lead singer of Taxiride, performing his incredible solo set, alongside stand-up comedian Billy Stiles, bringing plenty of laughs to the stage.

Every ticket purchased helps us move one step closer to securing the land and ensuring the sanctuary can continue rescuing and caring for dogs who desperately need it.

Join us for a great night out and help us save the sanctuary and the lives that depend on it.
