Nourishment a masterclass with Stéphane Chollet

In Ayurveda, there is a principle called Āhāra, often translated as food. In this understanding, food is not just what we eat, but everything we take in from the external environment through our senses.
Many of us live surrounded by abundance, consuming more than ever, yet often find ourselves hungry for something deeper.
* What are we really hungry for?
* What truly nourishes us?
* How can we learn to recognise the difference?
This enquiry is the guiding thread of the evening, weaving together dialogue, reflection and practice.
Beginning with the questions and experiences present in the room, this gathering unfolds through Ayurveda, Yoga and Psychosynthesis, and gradually moves into an inward-oriented practice of āsanas, Yoga Nidra, prānāyāma and meditation.
The enquiry unfolds through three complementary traditions:
* Ayurveda: understanding nourishment through food, the senses and our environment
* Yoga: cultivating attention, perception and presence
* Psychosynthesis: integrating emotion, identity and purpose
The masterclass takes place on 20th of August, at 18:30 and costs 6.900 kr. It is open to everyone interested in these questions.
