On August 12th, 2026, a total solar eclipse will be visible from Iceland for the first time since 1954. This is the first total eclipse visible from Reykjavík since June 17th, 1433. The next total eclipse will be in the year 2196!
We will have Solar Eclipse Glasses for sale at the reception, cocoa, coffee and an amazing experience on the beach!
