The Bushwackers | Songs & Stories in Concert at The Press

Australian bush music legends The Bushwackers — Dobe Newton and Roger Corbett — are bringing their iconic sound to The Press in Tamworth as part of the Hats Off to Country Festival. Joining them onstage will be the brilliant multi-instrumentalist Clare O'Meara and young bassist Josh Beveridge for what promises to be an unforgettable night.

The Bushwackers are no strangers to Tamworth's mid-year festivities. "We were a part of the original 'Hats Off To Slim' event in 2000 with a host of performers. It was a wonderful show and we've been regular visitors mid-year ever since."

Expect a cracking set of old favourites alongside fresh material from their highly anticipated new album — the perfect blend of the classic and the brand new.
