🎟️ TICKETS & REFUNDS

• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

• Tickets are non-transferable.

• In rare circumstances where an event cannot proceed, such as extreme weather or a public health emergency, the organiser will provide information regarding applicable options.

• Late arrivals and missed departures are not eligible for a refund.

🔞 18+ EVENT

• This is strictly an 18+ event.

• Valid authorised photo identification is required.

• MV Calmer is a licensed venue and all events operate under strict licensing and Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations.

🍹 FOOD & DRINKS

• Drinks are available for purchase from the fully licensed onboard bars.

• Cash and card are accepted.

• Food may be available for purchase from the bar.

• Any menu provided is indicative only and may change without notice.

• Strictly NO BYO food or beverages.

⚠️ ALLERGEN NOTICE

Our onboard kitchen operates in a shared environment and cannot be considered allergen-free.

While care is taken during food preparation, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens, including gluten, due to the risk of cross-contamination.

Guests with significant intolerances, severe allergies or specific dietary requirements should carefully consider whether the available options and onboard kitchen environment are suitable for their individual needs before booking.

Dietary or allergen-related unsuitability does not constitute grounds for a refund.

👠 HEEL POLICY

MV Calmer has steep stairs.

Tall or pointy heels are not permitted for safety reasons. Small chunky heels are permitted.

🪑 LIMITED SEATING NOTICE

This is a concert-style cruise event and is not a table-service or seated-viewing event.

The vessel layout is determined by All Event Cruises with event flow, passenger movement, dance floor space and onboard safety in mind.

Limited unreserved seating is available throughout the vessel; however, seating cannot be reserved or guaranteed.

Guests must not bring their own chairs, stools or other seating onboard. Personal seating may create safety or access issues and may result in refusal of entry.

Guests are encouraged to view previous event photo albums on our social media pages before booking to gain a clear understanding of the event style, vessel setup and atmosphere.

Suitability of the event is at the patron’s discretion prior to purchase. Unsuitability based on seating preferences, event format or personal requirements does not constitute grounds for a refund.

♿ ACCESSIBILITY

Please note that MV Calmer is not a fully accessible venue due to the design of the wharf, gangway and vessel.

The vessel cannot accommodate wheelchairs.

It is the responsibility of ticket purchasers and attendees to assess whether the vessel and event are suitable for their individual accessibility, mobility and personal needs before purchasing tickets.

Guests should contact us before booking to discuss suitability.

Lack of suitability based on accessibility or personal requirements does not constitute grounds for a refund.

👜 BAG POLICY

For safety and security reasons, bags larger than purse or clutch size are not permitted onboard.

All bags will be searched prior to boarding.

Guests who arrive with larger bags, including backpacks, large totes or similar items, may be refused admission without refund.

Do not leave bags or personal belongings unattended while onboard. All Event Cruises Pty Ltd accepts no liability for lost, damaged or stolen personal items.

🛥️ CRUISE & DEPARTURE INFORMATION

• No mid-cruise drop-offs or pickups.

• Total cruise duration may include embarkation and disembarkation time.

• All advertised times may be adjusted at the discretion of All Event Cruises management and/or the vessel Captain.

• The vessel always aims to depart at the scheduled time.

• Late arrivals will not be refunded.

• Once boarding has closed and the vessel is ready to depart, late boarding cannot be accommodated.

🌧️ WEATHER POLICY

No need to stress about the weather!

Rain does not stop the boat from cruising, and MV Calmer has plenty of covered and indoor space across the main and mid decks.

Events proceed rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe by the vessel Captain.

📹 CCTV, PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO

For the safety, security and enjoyment of guests, crew and staff, MV Calmer is monitored by CCTV surveillance.

By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, guests acknowledge and consent to CCTV recording and onboard security procedures.

Professional photography and video may also be captured during the event.

By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, guests acknowledge that photography and videography may occur and consent to All Event Cruises Pty Ltd using images or footage for marketing, promotional and operational purposes without compensation.

All Event Cruises reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not comply with venue policies, crew directions, safety requirements or Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations.
