Welcome to a free literary walk in Polish!
What stirs in the shadows of Reykjavík’s streets? What hides in gardens, ponds, and narrow alleyways? What do the whispers of deceased poets and writers buried in Hólavallagarður tell us?
With a book in hand, writer and poet Ewa Marcinek leads a literary walk in Polish through downtown Reykjavík.
The evening walk begins at the City Library in Grófin, Tryggvagata 15, and is conducted in Polish.
The walk starts at 20:00 (8:00 PM) and lasts until 21:30 (9:30 PM).
The evening walk is part of the “Evening Walks” event series, a collaborative project of the Reykjavík City Library, Reykjavík City Museum, and the Reykjavík Art Museum.
The walks take place on Thursdays throughout the summer months and are completely free of charge.
Everyone is warmly welcome.
