Pianist Olaf Eliasson, one of Iceland´s leading interpreters of Johann Sebastian Bach, performs Bach´s music every week at the Dómkirkjan, Iceland's central church. Concerts include selections from Bach´s Well-Tempered Clavier as well as occasional pieces from later composers. Olaf has given these weekly concerts on every Tuesday nights since 2016.
Olaf Elíasson studied in Paris under Vlado Perlemuter and later completed Post Graduate studies at the Royal Academy of Music in London. He has performed in prominent venues around the world, including Wigmore Hall in London, Carnegie Hall in New York, and the Kennedy Center in Washington DC.
