Mundi Mundi Lightfest

Three nights of light on Argent Street.

Mundi Mundi Lightfest is a brand new, free festival of light coming to Broken Hill this August, right before the Mundi Mundi Bash.

For three evenings, Argent Street closes to traffic and becomes a night precinct you can wander end to end, filled with light, music and people.

WHAT'S ON

Drone show

Hundreds of drones light up the sky above Argent Street each night, delivered by Elite Drone Shows. The first time a large scale drone show of this kind has come to Far West NSW.

Lighting installations

Walk through large scale installations and illuminated moments that turn the main street into something completely new after dark.

Music lineup

Saturday: Jamie Lindsey & Badass Wranglers, Midnight Mix, plus DJ sets

Sunday: The Figs, Midnight Mix, plus DJ sets

Monday: Tom Busby, Zkye and the Guys, plus DJ sets

Street performers throughout the precinct all three nights.

Street food

Food vendors spread along the street, so you can grab a bite while you explore.

GETTING THERE

Park once and spend the whole evening on foot. Free shuttle buses will run around Broken Hill, including from the Broken Hill Racecourse. Routes, times, parking locations and disability drop off and viewing areas will be confirmed closer to the event.

COMING TO THE BASH?

Roll into Broken Hill a few days early and catch a night of Lightfest on the way through. The Mundi Mundi Bash runs 20 to 22 August on the Mundi Mundi Plains.
