"An Evening with Blossom Dearie" is a collaborative project between pianist Birna Kristín and vocalist Sigrún Erla. They are joined by bassist Snorri Skúlason and drummer Scott McLemore.
Blossom Dearie was an American jazz singer, pianist, and songwriter, best known for her soft, light voice.
The concert will feature engaging and warm music from Blossom's repertoire.

The Jazz í Djúpinu concert series takes place on Thursday nights at 8:30 PM during the summer of 2026. Djúpið is the basement of the restaurant Hornið (Hafnarstræti 15, 101 Reykjavík). The entrance to Djúpið is at the back, facing Bæjarins beztu. The entrance to the basement opens at 8:00 PM. Ticket price is 4.000 ISK, tickets are sold at the entrance and in advance. The concert series is organised by the Jazz Department of FÍH. Please note that there is no wheelchair access at the venue.
