Brad Cox is heading back to the Longyard Hotel for two huge shows during the Tamworth Country Music Festival!

Last year’s shows were absolutely massive, and in 2027 we’re turning it up another level with two completely different Coxy experiences in one day.

Kicking things off is an all-ages acoustic show—a special stripped-back afternoon where Brad will play acoustic, share a few stories and have a yarn with the crowd.

Then that night, Brad returns with the full band for a proper Longyard party packed with the songs you know, plenty of energy and a few cold beers along the way.

Hailing from Jindabyne in NSW’s Snowy Mountains, Brad Cox burst onto the country music scene in 2018 with his self-titled debut album, earning two Golden Guitar nominations. In 2020, his sophomore album My Mind’s Projection took his career to new heights, featuring hits like “Give Me Tonight,” “Drinking Season,” and “Short Lived Love.” The album hit #1 on the ARIA Australian Country Album Chart and #12 on the ARIA Album Chart. In 2023, his third album ACRES debuted at #1 on the ARIA Country Charts, #7 on the ARIA Album Chart, won the Golden Guitar for Top Selling Country Album, and scored an ARIA nomination. The record showcases Brad’s versatility, from country pop to piano ballads and party anthems.
