Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except where the event is cancelled by the organiser or in rare circumstances such as extreme weather or public health emergencies, where a refund may be issued at the organiser’s discretion. Late arrival, personal unsuitability or change of mind does not constitute grounds for a refund or credit.

18+ Event

This is an 18+ event. Authorised photo ID is required. MV Calmer is a licensed venue and all events operate under strict licensing and RSA regulations.

Food & Drinks

Food and drinks will be available for purchase on board. Cash and card are accepted. Any menu provided is indicative only and subject to change without notice. Strictly no BYO food or beverages.

Allergen Notice

Our onboard kitchen operates in a shared environment and cannot be considered allergen-free. While care is taken in preparation, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens, including gluten, due to the risk of cross-contamination. Guests with significant intolerances, severe allergies or specific dietary requirements should carefully consider whether the available options and onboard kitchen environment are suitable before booking. Dietary or allergen-related unsuitability does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Seating Notice

This is a concert-style cruise event and is not a table-service or seated-viewing event. Limited unreserved seating is available throughout the vessel, however seating cannot be reserved or guaranteed. The vessel layout is determined by All Event Cruises with event flow, passenger movement, dance floor space and onboard safety in mind. Guests must not bring their own chairs, stools or seating onto the vessel. Guests are encouraged to view prior event photo albums on our social media pages before booking to understand the event style, vessel setup and atmosphere.

Accessibility Notice

MV Calmer is not a fully accessible venue due to wharf, gangway and vessel design. The vessel cannot accommodate wheelchairs. It is the responsibility of ticket purchasers and attendees to assess whether the vessel and event are suitable for their accessibility, mobility and personal needs before purchasing tickets. Guests should contact All Event Cruises before booking to discuss suitability. Lack of suitability based on accessibility or personal requirements does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Heels Policy

MV Calmer has steep stairs. Tall or pointy heels are not permitted. Small chunky heels are fine.

Bag Policy

For safety and security reasons, bags larger than a purse or clutch size are not permitted onboard. All bags may be searched prior to boarding. Guests who arrive with larger bags, including backpacks, totes or bulky items, may be refused entry without refund. Please do not leave bags or personal items unattended. All Event Cruises Pty Ltd accepts no liability for lost, damaged or stolen personal items.

Departure Policy

Check-in opens from 6:30 pm. The vessel aims to depart at the scheduled time of 7:00 pm sharp. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated and will not be refunded. No mid-cruise drop-offs or pickups are available. Total cruise duration may include embarkation and disembarkation. Times may be adjusted at the discretion of AEC management and/or the vessel Captain.

Weather

Rain does not stop the cruise from operating. MV Calmer has covered and indoor spaces across the main and mid decks, so the event can continue in most weather conditions. Cruises will only be cancelled where deemed unsafe by the organiser or vessel Captain.

CCTV, Security & Photography

For the safety, security and enjoyment of all guests, crew and staff, MV Calmer is monitored by CCTV surveillance. By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, guests acknowledge and consent to CCTV recording and security procedures.

Professional photography and video may be captured during the event. By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, guests consent to All Event Cruises Pty Ltd using images or footage for marketing, promotional and operational purposes without compensation.

Event Conditions

All Event Cruises reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not comply with venue policies, safety requirements, crew directions or responsible service of alcohol regulations.
