dEUS │ Worst Case Versus In a Bar

dEUS is coming to Iceland to perform in Austurbæjarbíó on October 2nd.

The Belgian band dEUS performs a full show of tracks from both albums, from a time when MTV’s Beavis and Buthead couldn’t get their heads around this new, raw and intense sounding band.

In 1994 & 1996 in quick succession, dEUS releases 2 groundbreaking albums (Worst Case Scenario and In a Bar Under the Sea) that changed their lives and those of thousands of fans radically. Now, Belgium’s most influential rock band has gone back to where it all began with a thrilling tour dedicated to the early years of the band, when the eclectic blend of rock, jazz, and experimental sounds shook the European music scene to its core.

Not necessarily played front to back but featuring all the bangers and never played before tracks, this isn’t just a nostalgic trip — it’s a reawakening of two records that still sound as urgent and relevant as ever. It’s a generous set featuring only tracks from both albums on limited dates in select European Cities and ending in beautiful Reykjavik.
