The album Koss by Tómas R. Einarsson and Ólafía Hrönn has long been a favorite of singer Sigrún Erla.
At this concert, Sigrún will perform the album in its entirety with the help of outstanding instrumentalists, including Tómas, one of the album’s composers.
Koss blends jazz, poetic lyrics, and theatrical interpretation, and audiences can look forward to an enjoyable evening as this unique album is brought to life anew through the performances of Sigrún Erla and her band.

The Jazz í Djúpinu concert series takes place on Thursday nights at 8:30 PM during the spring of 2026. Djúpið is the basement of the restaurant Hornið (Hafnarstræti 15, 101 Reykjavík). The entrance to Djúpið is at the back, facing Bæjarins beztu. The entrance to the basement opens at 8:00 PM. Ticket price is 4.000 ISK, tickets are sold at the entrance and in advance. The concert series is organised by the Jazz Department of FÍH. Please note that there is no wheelchair access at the venue.
