Join us for a morning of art, music and insightful discussion as we celebrate the opening of three new exhibitions at MAC yapang:

National Gallery on Tour: Of This Earth

Adam Manning: Embodied Rhythm

Lake Mac Urban Arts Group: Making Marks

The event features a curatorial talk and exhibition walk-through with Tina Baum, Senior Curator, First Nations Art at the National Gallery of Australia, a performance by Adam Manning and the Chroma Quartet, and a hands-on ceramic workshop with Of This Earth exhibiting artist Billy Bain.

11am - Light morning tea available on the terrace

11:15am - Welcome to Country and smoking ceremony

11:40am - Official opening speeches

11:55am - Performance by Adam Manning and the Chroma Quartet

12:30pm - Floor talk of Of This Earth with Tina Baum, Senior Curator, First Nations Art at the National Gallery of Australia

1:30pm - Official proceedings conclude

2:30-4pm - Ceramic workshop led by artist Billy Bain - bookings essential.
