Please arrive early and allow time for parking, transport delays and check-in. The vessel cannot wait for late arrivals, and missed boarding is not grounds for a refund or credit.

MV Calmer is a licensed venue and operates under strict Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements. All Event Cruises reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not comply with venue policies, safety requirements or RSA regulations.

This event features casino-style entertainment only. Novelty gaming tokens are provided for entertainment purposes and have no cash value. Tokens are not redeemable, refundable, transferable or exchangeable for money. Any end-of-night prize activity is promotional in nature and is not a gambling competition.

Dress & Footwear: Semi-formal/formal attire encouraged. Small chunky heels are permitted. Tall or pointy heels are not permitted due to steep stairs onboard.

Bag Policy: Large bags are not permitted onboard. Bags may be searched before boarding. Guests arriving with backpacks, totes or larger bags may be refused entry without refund.

Accessibility: MV Calmer is not a fully accessible venue due to wharf, gangway and vessel design. Wheelchairs cannot be accommodated. Steep stairs apply to access some areas, including the mid-deck and sky-deck. Guests should consider whether the vessel and event are suitable for their individual mobility or accessibility needs before booking.

Food & Allergens: The onboard kitchen operates in a shared environment and cannot be considered allergen-free. Cross-contamination may occur, including with gluten and other allergens. Set menu items apply and substitutions or individual dietary requirements cannot be accommodated.

Seating: This is a cocktail-style social cruise, not a seated dining event. Limited unreserved seating is available throughout the vessel but cannot be guaranteed or reserved. Guests must not bring their own seating.

Weather: This event cruises rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe by the organiser or vessel captain. MV Calmer has indoor and covered areas.

No BYO: Strictly no BYO food or beverages.

No mid-cruise pickups or drop-offs.

CCTV & Security: For the safety and security of guests, crew and staff, MV Calmer is monitored by CCTV surveillance. By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, guests acknowledge and consent to CCTV recording and security procedures.

Photography & Video: Professional photography and videography may occur during the event. By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, guests consent to All Event Cruises Pty Ltd using images or footage for marketing, promotional and operational purposes without compensation.

Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. Late arrival, missed boarding, weather, seating preferences, accessibility limitations, dietary unsuitability or personal circumstances are not grounds for refund or credit.
