Please arrive early. MV Calmer departs promptly at the scheduled departure time and cannot wait for late arrivals. Please allow plenty of time for parking and public transport delays.

This is a shared, family-friendly seated dining experience, and a seating plan will be prepared before the cruise.

Want your family or group seated together?

Create a Group Name such as “Smith Family Table” and have everyone in your party enter the same Group Name when booking.

Bookings made within 24 hours of departure may not be able to be seated with guests who have already been allocated to tables.

Please note:

• Prams and strollers are not permitted onboard due to vessel access, space and trip-hazard considerations.

• High chairs are not available.

• All guests under 18 must remain under the active supervision of a parent or responsible adult at all times, particularly around stairs, balconies, boarding areas and external decks.

MV Calmer operates as a licensed venue under Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements. Valid photo ID may be required. Drinks are available for purchase onboard.

Strictly no BYO food or beverages.

🍽️ Food & Allergens

Menus are indicative and may change without notice. Our onboard kitchen operates in a shared environment and cannot be considered allergen-free. While care is taken during preparation, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens or cross-contamination. Guests with severe allergies, significant intolerances or specific dietary requirements should carefully consider whether the event is suitable before booking. Dietary or allergen-related unsuitability does not constitute grounds for a refund.

👠 Footwear

MV Calmer has steep stairs. Tall or pointy heels are not permitted. Small chunky heels are suitable.

♿ Accessibility

MV Calmer is not a fully accessible venue due to the design of the wharf, gangway and vessel, and wheelchairs cannot be accommodated onboard. Guests are responsible for assessing whether the vessel and event are suitable for their individual mobility, accessibility or personal requirements before purchasing tickets. Please contact All Event Cruises before booking if you would like to discuss suitability.

👜 Bag Policy

For safety and security, bags larger than a purse or clutch are not permitted onboard. All bags may be searched before boarding. Guests arriving with backpacks, large totes or other oversized items may be refused admission without refund.

🌧️ Weather

Rain doesn't stop the cruise! MV Calmer has plenty of covered indoor space across the main and mid decks, so the event can continue in changing weather conditions.

🚢 Cruise Operations

There are no mid-cruise pickups or drop-offs. Total cruise duration may include embarkation and disembarkation. Timings may be adjusted at the discretion of All Event Cruises management and/or the vessel Captain.

📹 CCTV, Photography & Video

MV Calmer is monitored by CCTV for the safety and security of guests, crew and staff. Professional photography and videography may also occur during the event. By purchasing a ticket and boarding, guests acknowledge and consent to these recordings and to event imagery being used by All Event Cruises for promotional, marketing and operational purposes.

🛡️ Guest Conduct

All Event Cruises reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not comply with vessel policies, crew directions, safety requirements or RSA regulations.

👜 Personal Property

Please keep personal belongings with you at all times. All Event Cruises Pty Ltd accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.

🎟️ REFUND & DEPARTURE POLICY

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

The vessel aims to depart at the advertised time. Late arrival or missing the vessel does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
