We at Amtsbókasafnið plan to continue with the monthly swap market this winter.
The September market will take place 14 - 19 September 2026.
We remind you that you don't have to bring something to take something else, and vice versa, you can bring something without taking something.
On the occasion of the start of the new school year, it will be dedicated to children's hobbies and sports. We want any kind of clothing or equipment that children use for leisure and sports activities. When the swap market ends, we take the rest to the Red Cross.
Examples of items that can be brought:
-Swimming goggles
- Gymnastics clothes
-Clothing or other items marked by the members
-Football boots
- Indoor shoes
-Shorts
-Swimwear
- Skating
-Wool clothes under ski clothes
-Ski poles
-Dance clothing
