An information meeting about the 2026–2027 confirmation preparation programme will be held at Hallgrímskirkja on 16th of September 2026, following the service, which begins at 11:00 a.m. (The meeting will start at approximately 12:15 p.m. and will take place in the choir basement at Hallgrímskirkja.
Parents and young people born in 2012 are warmly invited to attend an information meeting about the confirmation preparation programme at Hallgrímskirkja. The programme is intended for young people in the 8th grade who have decided, or are considering, being confirmed in the spring of 2027.
The planned confirmation date in spring 2027 is Sunday, 4 April at 11:00 a.m.
Classes will begin on Tuesday, 6 October at 3:00 p.m. at Hallgrímskirkja.
