Wool and words

Do you want to gather with other knitting enthusiasts while practising Icelandic in a relaxed atmosphere? Are you an Icelandic speaker who loves crafts, wants to meet new people and share your knitting knowledge with others?

Wool and Words is a cozy gathering where everyone who enjoys handcrafts such as knitting, crochet, or embroidery and has a basic knowledge of Icelandic is welcome to join. The idea of the event is to create a space where Icelandic learners can practice their skills while connecting with Icelandic culture in a relaxed, cozy environment.

We meet on Sundays once a month from 15:00 to 16:30 on the second floor of Grófin - City Library.

This event is organised by Huldumál, the Association for Students in Icelandic as a Second Language.
