Gippsland, get ready. Meatstock is back! Two huge days of live music, live fire, low and slow barbecue and bedlam. Australia's biggest BBQ and music festival returns to Lardner Park 5-6 March 2027.

Headlining the Jack Daniel’s main stage are two of the biggest names in country music right now, straight off the plane from the USA, Gavin Adcock and Nate Smith. They're joined by a stacked home lineup: Kasey Chambers, Casey Barnes, Wade Forster, Bella Mackenzie, Imogen Clark, Sarah Grace Buckley, Dear Tommie, Piper Butcher, Dingo, Cholson and The Smith & Western Jury.

Beyond the music, Meatstock is a meat lover's paradise: the Heat Beads BBQ Wars, the Australian Butcher Wars, and PBR Bull Riding delivering the toughest eight seconds in sport. Round it out with the Better Beer Dad Bod Contest, Beard and Mo Wars, Arm Battles and the Sausage Sizzle Throwdown, then browse the BBQ Expo or get inked at the on-site tattoo station.

Grab your mates, bring the kids and dust off the stretchy pants. Meatstock is kid-friendly and built for the whole crew, with camping on site in tents, caravans and RVs, or nearby hotels and B&Bs if you'd rather sleep somewhere with walls.

    Gavin Adcock is a Georgia native born and raised in Watkinsville. Former Georgia Southern University football player, Gavin grew up working on his family cattle farm and dreamed of riding bulls in the PBR.
