Family Constellation and Inner Parts work offer a powerful way to explore the deeper patterns that influence our emotions, relationships, choices and sense of wellbeing. In a safe, confidential group, you can explore issues such as feeling stuck, loneliness, guilt, shame, anger, sadness, relationship or family conflicts, repeating patterns, trauma, addiction, or difficulties with work and money. When we become aware of what has been hidden or unresolved, we can begin to understand, integrate and let go of old patterns - creating more space for freedom, connection and a more fulfilling life.
