Singer-Songwriter Showcase at Loft

Five singer-songwriter friends come together to showcase their music together in the cozy atmosphere in Loft Reykjavík on Thursday, November 5th at 5 pm. Come on over and share the LOVE of MUSIC!

Anthe developed a deep love for the acoustic piano. Her playing and songwriting are shaped by her early classical music training. New influences, more experience, and self-discovery fuel her musical world, leading to an intense, intriguing sound of her own, with enchanting melodies and personal lyrics where influences like AURORA, Hania Rani, Kate Bush and even Björk can be traced. With her ethereal voice, unrestrained piano playing, and a unique collection of samples and prepared piano sounds, Anthe immerses you in a hopeful dream.

Aevy Lore weaves intimate vocals, organic instrumentation, and compelling soundscapes into a cinematic musical journey. Through songs that blur the boundaries between music and storytelling, she explores the human experience, and our relationship to the Earth.

Atli is a singer-songwriter whose music blends heartfelt storytelling with powerful vocal arrangements. His mission is to create music that speaks to those navigating life’s challenges, offering comfort and connection through raw, relatable songwriting. With an ever-growing audience and a deep dedication to his craft, he continues to forge meaningful relationships with his listeners, one song at a time.

Raised on vinyls, cassettes, and too many feelings, Gabrielle Lacerda found her refuge in music, and never left. The Brazilian born alternative indie artist now calls Iceland home, where her songs drift between romance, nostalgia, and reflection. Through her heartfelt soundscapes, she invites listeners to join her on a beautiful journey.

Sæfari loves taking long, deep dives into the ocean within, bringing back songs to the surface to share with the creatures on land.
