Soul Sessions Open Practice is a free and open practice for everyone in need of a place to dance and practice. We welcome everybody no matter the style, level or age.

Every Sunday from 16:00-18:45 you’re welcome to come dance and train with us at Sentralen!✨

Every Sunday we have a host who’s there to play some good music and guide or share some tips for the ones who wish for it. Besides that, there’s always experienced dancers at the practice, so this is the perfect place to dance together, exchange and learn from each other – get to know more people in our dance community and last but not least get inspired! ❤️
