Neurodiversity at Work: Every Brain Brings Something Valuable Neurodiversity isn’t a trend. It’s a reality in every workplace. An estimated 15–20% of people are neurodivergent, including those with ADHD, autism, and dyslexia, and their experiences shape team dynamics, communication, creativity, and wellbeing every single day. In this session, we’ll explore what neurodivergence actually looks like at work, why so many people go unrecognized, and what leaders, HR, and colleagues can do to create an environment where all brains can thrive. You’ll leave with clear explanations and simple, practical tools you can start using right away. The session will be held in English, with Q&A welcome in Icelandic.
