Léonie Pernet is many things at once: producer, composer, drummer, singer - and an artist who deliberately blurs boundaries. Between electronic pop and political poetry, she builds a musical universe that is sometimes melancholic, sometimes euphorically explosive. Her first albums Crave and Le Cirque de Consolation quickly made it clear that this is a voice that wants - and needs - to be heard.
With Poèmes Pulverisés, she now opens another chapter that does not separate personal and social issues. Léonie Pernet creates music as an emotionally charged utopia - between studio and street, between introspection and awakening. Anyone who gets involved with her sounds will not find any ready-made answers, but plenty to think about.
