Dreams - the mirror of the soul

The first academic-café this autumn will be on 21 September, when Reverend Arna Ýrr Sigurðardóttir, parish priest in Grafarvogur parish, will discuss dreams and dream interpretation.
Dreams are a universal human phenomenon and have fascinated people throughout the ages. Many have found that dream interpretation can help people to deal with various issues in their lives, whether related to emotions, different circumstances, or even complex problems and challenges. Many believe that if people pay attention to their dreams, they can enhance their creativity, increase their intuition, and emerge as stronger and more complete individuals. In addition, dreams and dream interpretation are popular topics of conversation, and it's fun to have various interesting facts up your sleeve.
Arna has used dreamwork in pastoral care for many years. In addition, she has given numerous lectures and courses on dreams and dreamwork.
Fræðakaffi (Academic-café) is a series of events held at the Reykjavík City Library in Spöngin, which has enjoyed great popularity.
