Promogogo

sell more tickets

PROMOGOGO is built for the person whose job it is to sell tickets.

There are two aspects to that process:

  1. know what your ticket sales are and then
  2. execute an appropriate sales strategy.

Sometimes things are fine so you don't need to do much. But when there's trouble, often the issue is not enough marketing. It means the right people are not being reached. To meet this need, you build a marketing campaign.

On the Promogogo data dashboard, you can instantly tell how many tickets said marketing campaign is selling.

Here's how it works:

  • Know What Your Ticket Sales Are

The map shows real-time ticket sales and campaign clicks. This is helpful during onsales and launching of campaigns to see if your efforts are taking off.

See the sales funnel in full, from link and poster clicks, to CTA clicks, to final ticket sales.

  • Spot Trouble Early

It turns out ticket sales are predictable. We learned this in our 10+ years in the ticket sales business and we fed all our insider findings into an algorithm. The outcome is a friendly bot, Mr gogoWizard who crunches all your ticket sales information to tell you how things are going.

It can literally tell you if you are projected to sell out or need to step it up. So the first thing you'll see when you open your Promogogo dashboard are Mr gogoWizard's findings. It will tell you exactly what you need to focus on today. Green is good, yellow is a warning and red means trouble.

  • Execute an Appropriate Sales Strategy

If you're in trouble, you need to get to work.

Often what needs to happen is you need a marketing campaign. Because most events are in trouble at least some of the time, we built an easy-to-use campaign builder in to Promogogo. More on that here >>

  • See If It Worked

Check back to see what Mr gogoWizard says and if you're on track.

In the timeline to your right, you'll also be able to see a Timeline of all the relevant events (automatically imported from your ticket service) in a chronological order where you can see what's up next.

Click on any event to see the sales graph and further analysis of the numbers.

A subtle but important distinction: not all shows need to sell out weeks in advance to be a success.

The gogoWizard is not telling you which shows are sold out already, it's projecting which shows are on track to sell out.

Visit each event from your timeline for a detailed graph of each event and specific analytics for just that event.
